We pride ourselves on the quality of our flowers. If you're not satisfied, we’ll make it right.

Returns & Refunds
Cut Flowers:
We take great pride in cultivating and preparing out flowers for sale to the public.  All arrangements are designer products and are unique and original.  As cut flowers are perishable, we do not issue refunds.  
Event tickets:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending an event.  However, due to the nature of event planning and logistics, we are unable to accommodate refund requests, including, but not limited to: 

• Change in personal plans

• Travel disruptions

• Inclement weather

• Venue changes

If a scheduled event is cancelled before the event date we will strive to accommodate the purchaser with a refund. 
Refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days after approval.
