💐 Cut Flowers (Local Pickup & Delivery - OH & KY)

All Sales Final: Due to the perishable nature of fresh cut flowers, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once flowers have been picked up or delivered.

Quality Guarantee: If your flowers arrive damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours with photos. Verified issues may be eligible for a replacement.

Compliance: Our policy is posted in accordance with Ohio law and disclosed prior to checkout for Kentucky customers.
💍 Weddings & 🎉 Events

Wedding & Corporate Event Consulting Fee: A non-refundable $300 fee secures access to our design expertise, scheduling priority, and planning resources. This fee is not applied toward your final invoice

Deposits: To reserve your event date, a deposit is required. Deposits are fully refundable if cancellation occurs 30+ days before to the scheduled event.

Cancellations. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable due to the commitment of resources and scheduling

Final Payments:

Final balances are due 14 days prior to the event.

Refunds are not issued after final payment unless we are unable to fulfill the contract due to vendor illness or supply chain failure. In such cases, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Event tickets:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise.

However, due to the nature of event planning and logistics, we are unable to accommodate refund requests for:

Change in personal plans

Travel disruptions

Inclement weather (force majeure)

Venue changes

If a scheduled event is canceled by us or the venue host, refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days after approval.

🌱 Winter Bulbs
We take pride in offering premium bulbs and a boutique experience. Our policies are designed to protect product integrity while ensuring fairness and transparency.
📦 Shipped Bulbs (48 Contiguous States)
Quality Guarantee. We gladly offer refunds or replacements if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is lost in transit. Please notify us within 5-7 business days. Return shipping is covered when the issue is ours.
🛒 In-Person Pickup (OH & KY Only)
All sales are final once bulbs are picked up.
We invite you to inspect your selections at pickup—any concerns must be raised before leaving. Refunds or replacements may be offered at our discretion for verified damage or error identified on-site.
🚫 Not Eligible for Refunds:
Buyer’s remorse, planting errors, or natural variations in color or form.
🌱 CSA Subscriptions (Ohio & Kentucky)

Cancellation Deadline: CSA subscriptions may be canceled up to 7 days before the first pickup or delivery date of the season.

Refunds: Cancellations before the deadline receive a refund minus a $25 administrative fee. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval.

No Refunds after Season Start. Once the CSA season begins, subscriptions are non-refundable.
