Cancellation Deadline: CSA subscriptions may be canceled up to 7 days before the first scheduled pickup or delivery of the season.

Refunds: Cancellations made before the deadline are eligible for a refund minus a $25 administrative fee. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

No Refunds After Season Start: Once the CSA season begins, subscriptions are non-refundable.
